TimberX, a new timber supply business based in the outskirts of Hull and part of the Kybotech Ltd group – the company behind Garden Buildings Direct and BillyOh garden furniture – has launched its new, family-owned timber supply business. Timber X provides high-quality, sustainable timber production and has quickly become one of the largest suppliers in the UK.
TimberX offers a comprehensive range of products from rough-sawn timber to high-quality manufactured timber products. All this is delivered from their 106,000sq ft state-of[1]the-art facility, which includes three high-speed moulding lines, automated cross-cut facilities and a fully automatic pressure treatment tank – one of the largest of its kind in the UK.
Placing great importance on sustainable timber production, TimberX recognises the significance of preserving forests and maximising carbon capture. The company has implemented stringent sourcing practices to ensure the timber they supply comes only from FSC and PEFC sources. Their dedicated and highly experienced team naturally facilitate customer requirements, while the site’s bespoke tool room means cutters and blocks can be made to request and maintained in-house.
