After consultation with all parties involved it has been decided to change the dates of the next Carrefour du Bois to the 3 – 5 February 2021 at the Exhibition Park la Beaujoire, Nantes, France

With 85 countries represented, 37% of its exhibitors and 29% of the visitors being foreign, Carrefour International du Bois has long been a hugely important timber event.

The only event of this size that is organised by the trade for the trade, the show has the support of France Bois Foret and all the federations, institutions and unions related to the forestry and timber industry in France. “The timber industry must more than ever come together to meet the challenges that we will face in the coming months. This situation which is unique imposes upon us to act with calm and consideration,” said Pierre Piveteau, President of the Carrefour International du Bois. “The team questioned the exhibitors and partners as to their choice of a date for the postponement that would be best for the majority. The bureau of Atlanbois made the final decision for 3 – 5  February 2021. This date will allow us to programme the next show in May 2022 at the normal dates and allow companies to relaunch their activities easily.”
