Founded in 1901 Daltons Wadkin is the longest established woodworking machinery supplier in the UK and Ireland. Specialising in solid wood, panel and advanced material processing technology, the company stocks equipment from leading European manufacturers including Altendorf, Elcon, Kimla, Ledinek, Salvador, SCM and Stenner to name a few.
In addition to new and used equipment supply, Daltons Wadkin provides a complete range of Support Services designed specifically for the woodworking industry to help customers maximise their investment, comply with the latest health and safety PUWER legislation, and help ensure employees work efficiently and safely.
An expanding team of regionally based field service electrical and mechanical engineers deliver planned preventative maintenance plans for new and existing woodworking machinery as well as breakdown assistance, local exhaust ventilation (LEV) testing, spare parts and tooling services.
As a PIABC quality assured training centre Daltons Wadkin provides certificated operator woodworking machine courses for novice and experienced learners covering all types of wood machining, hand-held power tools and abrasive wheel training courses.
