Founded in 1968, Falcon Panel Products is a leading uk wood based panel products importer, distributor and solutions specialist. With our on-site port facility at Tilbury and depots in Nottingham, West Bromwich, Haydock, Leeds, High Wycombe and as of January 2019 Gateshead, we are strategically located to offer customers a responsive, reliable, nationwide service.
Products including our market leading Strebord© range, are used extensively in the construction and manufacturing industries, including mezzanine flooring storage and handling, doors, packaging, timber frame, furniture, shopfitting and joinery.
We have supplied prestige projects overseas, as a direct result of our proactive approach to building strong international business partnerships. None more so than our cooperation with Ramkor International who represent us in the Middle East.
With a commitment to the environment, the company ensures all of its timber products are from well managed sustainable sources and that all our suppliers continue with good environmental supply chain management.
The company is accredited by key associations and technical authorities and is a registered FSC® and PEFC supplier.

STREBORD© 38MM T&G MEZZANINE FLOORING
The market leading 38mm Mezzanine Flooring is available in P6 Standard or P5 (MR) Moisture Resistant Core with a choice of surface finishes to meet end user requirements. Strebord© features a unique T&G 2LE profile designed for strength and ease of fit.
STREBORD© 44MM FD30 AND 54MM FD60 DOOR CORES
Strebord© particleboard is the market leader for 35mm FD30, 44mm FD30 and 54mm FD60 fire-rated, as well as non fire-rated door cores. They are very robust and manufactured to close tolerances to suit modern joinery processes.
STREDOR® SOLID TIMBER CORE DOOR BLANKS
A lighter weight solid laminated timber core with premium beech veneered faces, Stredor® Solid Timber Door Blanks are tested to BS476 pt 22 for FD30 and NFR applications. Unlipped blanks ready for further processing and are suitable for internal and external use.
STREFRAME® FD60 HARDWOOD DOOR FRAME SYSTEM
Streframe® FD60 grade Angouma is a specially sourced material dedicated for the framing market. Fully FSC® hardwood with excellent finishing qualities, tight grain and uniform in colour make this product ideal for paint or stain grade applications. Medium density compared to other available hardwoods gives Streframe® FD60 a cutting edge in regards to initial material cost and a reduction in re-finishing due to the excellent standard of the supply.
STREMATCH® MR MDF PRIMED MATCHBOARD FSC®
Designed for use in humid conditions, Strematch® offers a perfect labour saving solution for covering walls and ceilings, giving the appearance of high quality tongue and groove panelling without the traditional problems of shrinkage.
STREPINE® C+/C BLUE EDGED PINE FACED PLYWOOD
Strepine® is a general purpose panel with single piece clear pine faces and a plantation sourced temperate core. Easily recognisable with its distinctive blue edges and known for its flatness and stability in use.
STREPLY® HARDWOOD PLYWOOD
Streply® is a range of high-quality commercial plywood, manufactured by the South House Woods Group in Eastern China and offered exclusively in the UK by Falcon Panel Products. Ideal for a variety of joinery and constructional applications and FSC® is available.
STREVEN® VENEERED MDF FSC® AND PLYWOOD
Our Streven® veneered MDF ranges are all offered as FSC® certified, in a wide range of veneers including Oak (Crown and Quarter cut), American Black Walnut, Ash, Maple, Cherry, Steamed Beech, Sapele and exotic veneers on request. To complement our veneered MDF range we also offer Oak and Ash veneered plywood.
STREWRAP® PAPER PRIMED MR MDF MOULDINGS
StreWrap® Paper Primed MR MDF Mouldings offer a perfect labour saving solution for architrave and skirting profiles. Requiring only one top coat finish, StreWrap® effectively reduces site time and labour costs.
