Metsä Wood UK operates from four manufacturing and distribution sites employing more than 475 personnel with over 65% in manufacturing roles.
We have over 20 years of experience in supplying a wide range of construction, industrial, and distribution customers.
At our Boston site, we manufacture and distribute softwood, MDF Mouldings and door frames (painted and raw), sheet material, fire-related products and panel products. Boston is also home to the administrative functions of the business including but not all, IT, HR, Finance and Sales.

In addition to the Kerto, Spruce plywood, Birch plywood, Finnjoist, sawn timber products, and Kerto MasterPlank LVL scaffold boards which are available to purchase globally, Metsä Wood UK produces a wide range of products for interior and exterior use, available exclusively in the UK. The comprehensive range includes deckings and balustrades, interior and exterior claddings, machined mouldings, PTG flooring, planed square edge (PSE) timber, door linings and casings, sawn joinery, Equine woodshavings, and Nordic fencing.
