Tilhill Forestry is seeking graduates, who are interested ina career within the forest sector, to join the company.
Its three-year graduate programme is aimed at high-achievingforestry graduates, or those studying for a degree or about to graduate inforestry or related subjects such as land management, environmental studies orhorticulture.
Successful applicants are assigned to a district office or business stream where they learn every aspect of that area, including shadowing highly experienced colleagues. Graduate trainees are offered mentoring and are paired with an experienced manager during their training period.
