Heritage is defined as: ‘The history, traditions, practices, etc. of a particular country, company etc. that exist from the past and continue to be important.’ People and quality have always been at the heart of traditions at Vincent Timber and that integrity is part of our heritage, continuing to be important to this day.
Vincent’s Heritage collection refers to the species that are common in the UK. They present a rustic, traditional façade creating a build that feels steeped in character and charm, just like British history. British grown timbers feature varying grain and a medium/ high frequency of knots within the grade.
Homegrown Cedar
Our British grown Cedar timber cladding is kiln dried and offers a natural colour variation from one board to the next. With distinctive grain definition, alongside a warm colour, homegrown Cedar timber facades are striking.
Homegrown Larch
British grown Larch timber cladding is also a kiln dried timber. It possesses a warm colour and a straight, fine grain creating an elegant and distinguished look.
Lower Carbon Footprint
The Heritage Collection cladding offers cost-effective products with a low carbon footprint. This is due to the timber having travelled fewer miles. Transporting timber from overseas involves ships, trucks, and sometimes planes, all of which emit CO₂. Supplied fully FSC-certified and kiln dried, with optional fire treatment options, it comes ready for your timber cladding project, sourced and supplied fit for purpose.
