PAGED Group has restructured the management boards of PAGED Plywood and Paged Trade as part of a wider strategy to expand sales, strengthen customer relationships and increase the market presence of PAGED products in Poland and internationally.
Effective from 01 August 2026, Stanislav Podlucky has been appointed Member of the Management Board of PAGED Plywood responsible for Sales and Marketing. He succeeds Jarosław Wasiuk, who has become President of the Management Board of Paged Trade.
The changes will see PAGED Plywood place greater emphasis on export development, customer relationship management and high-value-added products. Paged Trade will meanwhile take a more prominent role in the Group’s multichannel sales strategy and the domestic expansion of PAGED products.
“We are developing a sales model that addresses the challenges of today’s market. It requires both the continued strengthening of our position in international markets and the dynamic development of specialised sales channels. These management changes are a natural consequence of this strategy and will allow us to leverage the expertise of our leaders even more effectively,” said Przemysław Kłobut, President of the Management Board of PAGED Plywood.
Podlucky takes wider commercial role
Podlucky has worked with PAGED Plywood for eight years, most recently as Export Sales Director. In his new position, he will oversee sales, marketing and product management, with priorities including export growth, stronger customer partnerships, expansion of the company’s innovative product portfolio and the introduction of modern sales management tools.
His promotion also supports PAGED Group’s approach to internal succession and managerial development.
Wasiuk appointed to lead Paged Trade
Wasiuk moves to Paged Trade after several years as Member of the Management Board of PAGED Plywood responsible for Sales and Marketing.
Paged Trade is being developed as a specialised Polish sales channel for PAGED products. The Group said Wasiuk’s experience in commercial strategy, sales growth and customer relationships would support the company’s next stage of development.
PAGED Plywood employs approximately 1,440 people across four production facilities in Poland and Estonia. Its products serve customers in more than 40 markets worldwide.
