Beatsons Building Supplies has acquired Orchard Timber Products following the company’s administration under National Timber Group.
This acquisition strengthens Beatsons’ presence across Scotland and allows us to build on Orchard Timber Products’ established reputation for quality timber, flooring, doors, and joinery products.
Our intention is to reopen the former Orchard Timber branches and make them operational from mid-January 2026. There will be a short transition period while we integrate systems, processes, and supply arrangements. During this time, further updates will be shared regarding branch operations, product availability, and service offerings.
Orchard Timber Products, founded in 2004 and based in Forfar, has supplied housebuilders, contractors, and joiners over two decades from their two branches in Forfar and Livingston. We recognise the strength of those customer relationships and intend to support continuity wherever possible.
